“In early 2019 my wife came home from the hospital, after having double mastectomy surgery. She was dealing with the surgical trauma and drainage tubes from each incision. We were feeling over whelmed and very anxious about the post-surgery procedures and complex medicine regimen.
Jeri volunteered to come stay at our house for a few days. Wow, that turned out to be a tremendous relief for me and my wife. Jeri quickly put together a detailed medicine chart and procedures plan. Her planning was very helpful and done very professionally. Then she taught us how to do each step of the procedures to change the drainage bags and the incision dressings.
The first night home the drainage system stopped working. I called the hospital doctor. Then Jeri took over the conversation and used her medical training to be the “remote eyes of the doctor” as he worked through a perfect solution. What a wonderful experience we both had because of Jeri’s 7x24 assistance those first few days.”
